Deer on an Autumn Lakeshoreby *deskridge

A buck and a doe rest on the shore of a misty lake on an autumn morning. They had a long night playing chicken with cars on a nearby highway

. I only say this because I had to slam on the brakes twice to avoid hitting a deer after dark on I-16 last week on my way to Savannah.

The animals were posed in poser then imported into Vue where the rest of the scene was constructed. The deer are freebies from Lyne's Creations ([link]). Final rendering was done in Vue and took about 6 Days on an Intel I5 2.8 GHz with 8 GB of RAM. Post production was done in GIMP.
